DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Profile

This role supports the digital marketing efforts of TRACK mgmt’s growing roster of country and rock artists. The candidate will join a small, fast-paced team of top-tier managers and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic music industry environment.

We're looking for someone passionate about the digital space and its influence on music culture—someone who lives and breathes social media, understands platform nuances, is detail-oriented, and eager to learn how digital marketing can elevate an artist’s career.

What you’ll do

Work closely with the Head of Digital and Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital plans for all music promotion, touring, video, content releases, merch drops, and any other “events” with digital touchpoints. These duties include but are not limited to:

  • Social media management: Create and execute social posting schedules for artists, including creating social graphics and short-form video content, writing social captions, identifying social media trends for artists to participate in, monitoring fan UGC and engaging as necessary
  • Analytics & insights: Maintain the social growth tracker spreadsheet and send weekly reports for all artists; communicate actionable insights
  • Tour marketing: Maintaining show announce + on-sale calendar for all artists and create show promotion assets as needed
  • Music release marketing: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans for each release that effectively target the core consumer via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify and more.
  • General team support: maintaining release schedules, artist promo assets folders, and other administrative systems to keep team organized, support with ad hoc requests 

Who we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (professionally or extracurricular)
  • Proficient with using popular social media platforms and understands key differences between them (platform features and behaviors, etc.)
  • Ability to create social media content using popular content creation tools (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
  • A true culture-junkie who is passionate about the intersection of music and social media and enjoys tracking the latest social media trends
  • A self-starter with a resourceful mindset who can solve problems proactively 
  • An organized, detail-oriented individual who can help manage multiple projects across multiple artists
  • Ability to work in our Nashville office from 9-5 M-TH, with flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate artist needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, music business, communications, media production, public relations or entertainment business related field.
