SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Job Profile

Location: Nashville + Travel Required
Position Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Artist + Artist Management & Marketing Leads at TRACK mgmt


NOTE: We are only accepting male applicants for this position and all candidates must be willing to travel often.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, culture-savvy Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day content capture, creation, and publishing for a male country music artist. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply tied to the artist’s creative identity. You’ll be responsible for representing his social voice, documenting real-time moments, and helping fans feel closer than ever to the artist.


The ideal candidate is equally comfortable filming with an iPhone side-stage as they are brainstorming social content ideas or reviewing analytics to inform future posts. A strong understanding of country music culture is essential.

What you'll be doing

  • Filming and posting content on the road, backstage, in the studio, and everywhere in between (mostly on your phone). Edit content quickly and effectively using mobile apps to meet same-day or real-time posting needs.


  • Posting across all of the artist’s socials—IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, Threads… you get it. 


  • Engaging with the artist’s fan community and sharing supplemental content to various fan-facing social pages


  • Keeping the tone authentic and true to the artist’s personality.


  • Coming up with fun ideas, new trends to jump on, ways to connect with fans, and platform-specific ideas that align with the artist's brand and storytelling style.
  • Traveling often and rolling with whatever the day brings—tours, rehearsals, shows, last-minute moments worth catching.
  • Watching the numbers and helping us understand what’s working and what’s not.

Who we're looking for

  • Someone who understands the current culture of country music as well as its intersection in other male-dominated spaces (hunting, sports, gaming, etc.).
  • A strong shooter/editor on mobile (iPhone preferred).
  • A person who thrives in fast-moving, unpredictable environments (the road is not for the faint of heart).
  • Someone comfortable being a fly on the wall one minute and grabbing content front and center the next.
  • Must love country music, rock energy, and the culture that comes with it.
  • Must be down to travel a lot and work odd hours—shows don’t run on a 9–5.
  • Creative, reliable, organized, trustworthy.
