TRACK mgmt is an artist management company based in Nashville, TN. Our office is currently seeking a general management intern for Fall 2025 (August - December).We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented self-starter who is passionate about the music industry and wants to be immersed in the daily operations of an artist management office. This is a paid, in-office part time internship through TRACK mgmt / Live Nation.

• Greet all guests and artists upon arrival
• Support managers and staff with daily items
• Update internal tour routing spreadsheets
• Mail packages on behalf of artist teams
• Maintain shorthand list of all upcoming artist releases for management visibility
• General office management tidying responsibilities
• Errands for artists and their managers
• Compile weekly press clippings on TRACK mgmt artist roster to share with management staff
• Assist digital department with artist research
• Content creation (both videos and graphics)
• Creative brainstorms for marketing initiatives
• Short form content research, ideation, and execution (TikTok, Instagram, Youtube shorts)
• Manage highly sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Exceptional people-facing and hospitality skills

• Lives in Nashville, TN or is willing to travel here each day of internship
• Drivers license, daily access to a car
• General understanding of the music business
• Highly motivated
